Countries entering México with Tourist Visas
THE FOLLOWING LISTS THE COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT REQUIRE A PRE-AUTHORIZED VISA OR CONSULATE STAMP TO ENTER MEXICO AND WILL BE ISSUED A TOURIST VISA AT THE PORT OF ENTRY IN MEXICO.

SPECIAL CASES: HONG KONG and MACAU
Chinese citizens with passports issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or by the Macau authority do not require Pre-Authorized Visas and may document their tourist Visas at the Port of Entry in Mexico.
Documenting Visas at Port of Entry in Mexico
Nationals from countries that do not require pre-authorized visas to enter México, enter as tourists, and present the following documents at the Mexico port of entry:
- Valid Passport with a minimum of six months prior to expiration date.
- Migratory Tourist Form.
The migratory form can be obtained in the points of entry to México, with the airlines or travel agencies. In general, countries that can obtain tourist visas at port of entry do not need to contact the Mexican Consulate, however, if it becomes necessary, please consult the Site Listings for Mexican Embassies and Consulate in Foreign countries corresponding to your country.
If your nationality corresponds to a country that DOES NOT appear in the table above, but you are residing in a country that does not require a visa (see list above), please contact the corresponding Mexican Embassy or Consulate for requirements before traveling. (i.e. Chinese passport and living in the USA).
